1. What we collect

We collect the following categories of personal information:

CategoryExamplesWhere it comes from
IdentifiersName, email address, phone numberYou, via our quote form or contact form
Property informationProperty name, number of units, number of dogs, service addressYou, via our forms or in follow-up conversation
Contact preferencesWhether you asked us to reach you by email or text, and whether you opted in to marketing messagesYou, via our quote form
Advertising identifiersClick IDs such as gclid, and campaign parameters such as utm_sourceAutomatically, when you arrive from an ad
Device and usage dataBrowser type, device type, pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP addressAutomatically, via our hosting provider and analytics

We do not collect payment card information through this website. No page on this site accepts card numbers. If and when we take card payments, they will be handled by a third-party payment processor on their own systems.

We do not ask for your service address on the quote form. We request it privately by email or text after we are in touch, so it is not submitted through a public web form.

2. How we use it

  • To prepare and send you a price quote
  • To schedule service and communicate about visits, including photo confirmations
  • To respond to questions and privacy requests you send us
  • To measure which ads and search terms bring us customers, so we do not waste money on advertising that does not work
  • To keep the website working, secure, and free of spam submissions
  • To comply with legal obligations

We use your phone number for text messages only if you chose text as your contact preference, or opted in to marketing messages. You can stop either at any time by replying STOP or by contacting us.

3. Who we share it with

We share personal information with the following categories of third parties:

CategoryWhy
Website hosting and form processing providersTo run this site and deliver your submission to us
Advertising platformsTo measure ad performance and reach people like you. See section 4.
Analytics providersTo understand how the site is used
Communication providersTo send email and text messages you asked for
Payment processorsTo bill you for service, once billing is arranged with you directly
Professional advisors and authoritiesWhen required by law, or to establish or defend legal claims

We do not sell your information to lead marketplaces or data brokers. Some privacy laws define "sale" and "sharing" broadly enough to include the advertising activity described in section 4, so we describe that activity plainly rather than claiming we never share anything.

4. Advertising and analytics

We advertise on search engines. When you arrive from one of our ads, the ad platform adds a click identifier to the web address. We store that identifier in your browser for up to 90 days and attach it to your form submission, so we can tell which ads produce real customers.

We also send advertising platforms a hashed version of your email address and phone number when you submit a form. Hashing is a one-way transformation: the platform can match it against accounts it already has, but cannot read your actual email or phone number from it. Your raw email and phone number are not sent to advertising platforms.

This activity may be considered "targeted advertising," or a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, under some state privacy laws. You can opt out โ€” see Your Privacy Choices.

5. Do Not Track

Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. There is no common industry standard for how to respond to it, and we do not currently respond to Do Not Track signals.

We do honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. If your browser or extension sends GPC, we treat it as a request to opt out of targeted advertising and will not share your information with advertising platforms for that purpose.

6. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Know and access what personal information we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate personal information
  • Delete personal information we hold about you
  • Opt out of targeted advertising, or of the sale or sharing of your personal information
  • Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights

We extend these rights to everyone who contacts us, regardless of what state you live in. We would rather honor a request than argue about whether we are required to.

To make a request, use our contact form and choose the relevant request type. We will confirm we received your request and respond within 45 days. We may need to verify your identity before acting, which usually means confirming the email address or phone number already associated with your request.

You may also review or change the information you gave us by contacting us the same way, and we will update our records.

7. How long we keep it

  • Quote requests that do not become customers: up to 24 months, then deleted
  • Customer records: for as long as you are a customer, plus [X] years for tax and legal purposes
  • Text message consent records: at least 5 years, because we may need to demonstrate consent
  • Advertising identifiers in your browser: 90 days

8. How we protect it

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) across the entire site, limit who can access customer records, and do not accept payment card data on our own systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

This site is meant for adults arranging services for a property. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. When we make a material change, we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page and post a notice on our homepage for at least 30 days. If the change materially affects information we already collected from you, we will contact you directly using the contact details we have.

11. How to reach us

Use our contact form for any privacy question or request. It goes directly to us and is separate from our service quote form.
